We have raised hundreds of dollars through various fundraisers and projects held in the community, especially at our high school. Here are some of the projects that we are doing...

Lava Cake Food Sales

Much of our funds have come from lava cake and brownie sales held in school. These delicious and savory desserts are popular among students and teachers and quickly sell out every time. So far, we have raised over $400 from these food sales alone.

Poverty Awareness Week

Over the course of a week, the Catch the Giving Bug Club at Aragon High School raised awareness about poverty through various activities. The club distributed pledge cards to students on how they can help end poverty; these cards were displayed for the school to see. The club also sold friendship bracelets to raise money, held a Wear White Day for students to show their support against poverty, made daily announcements about how students can end poverty, and postered the school walls with facts about poverty!

Volunteering at the Glide Soup Kitchen

Around Thanksgiving time, we took our club from school to the Glide Soup Kitchen in San Francisco. We were able to make over 700 sandwiches in our few hours there! It was an incredible and worthwhile experience!
